Yoga
Yoga is a wonderful practice to create a more positive relationship with your body, improve your health, and reduce stress. It is a practice that helps you stretch both your body and your mind for overall well-being. I currently teach at the YMCA, American Underground, for companies, online and substitute teach at different locations around town. Depending on the class length, sessions begin with a guided mindfulness meditation or teacher led centering, followed by a full-body asana practice.

YMCA: Weekly - Wednesday ‘Slow Flow’ yoga class at the Downtown YMCA 9:30-10:30; Weekly - Friday ‘Slow Hatha’ yoga class at the Lakewood YMCA 10:00-11:15
Corporate: Friday yoga and mindfulness sessions for employees at Spitfire Strategies and corporate mindfulness and chair yoga sessions for GSK employees (summer session).
