Mindfulness Workshops
A corporate culture of mindfulness can lift an entire workplace. It not only improves focus but increases employees ability to manage stress and work well together.* In my introductory mindfulness workshops I provide:
the science behind mindfulness,
discuss what mindfulness actually is and the difference between meditation and mindfulness,
the basics of mindfulness meditation and stress reduction techniques, and
the opportunity to practice short meditations and stress reduction techniques that participants can add to their wellness toolbox.
I include handouts for ways employees can continue to learn more and practice on their own. If desired, I can also include a yoga sequence for the workplace that can be easily practiced at a desk or in the office. Everything I include is designed to help participants better manage stress, improve sleep, and increase overall focus and well-being.
