A mindful workplace lifts the whole organization. It improves focus, strengthens stress management, and helps teams collaborate more effectively.*
In my INTRODUCTORY MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP, employees will:
Learn the science behind mindfulness (what it is—and isn’t)
Understand the difference between mindfulness and meditation
Practice core techniques for mindfulness, stress reduction, and short, on-the-job resets
Build a simple wellness toolbox with brief practices they can use anytime
What’s included:
Practical handouts to continue learning and practicing independently
(Optional) A desk-friendly yoga sequence tailored for the workplace (no special clothing or mats required)
Outcomes we target: better stress management, improved sleep, and increased focus and overall well-being.
