Offerings Include:

  • Teaching mindfulness techniques to adults, college students, and teens through 4-week and 6-week classes.

  • Leading businesses, start-ups, and organizations in weekly mindfulness and yoga sessions.

  • Bringing mindfulness to the workplace, as well as to teachers & students in schools.

  • Partnering with schools to create 'Mindful Moment' rooms - welcoming spaces where students can practice mindfulness, self-compassion, and reflection.

  • Facilitating 1 hour to 2 hour workshops on what mindfulness is, the benefits it brings, and simple ways to integrate it into daily life. (Workshops can also include a 30-minute chair yoga session.)
