OFFERINGS INCLUDE:
Yoga and Mindfulness Classes - 4 or 6-week series and on-going options for adults, college students, and teens.
Workplace Wellness - Weekly mindfulness and yoga sessions for businesses, start-ups, and organizations.
Education Partnerships - Programs for teachers, professors and students, including help developing ‘Mindful Moment’ rooms for reflection and self-compassion.
Workshops - 1 hour to 2 hour sessions on mindfulness, its benefits, and introduction to daily practices. (sessions can include a 30-minute chair yoga session)
