Offerings Include:
Teaching groups of adults, college students, and teens, mindfulness techniques in 4-week and 6-week classes;
Leading businesses, start-ups and organizations in weekly mindfulness and yoga sessions;
Teaching mindfulness to adults in the workplace and teachers & students at schools;
Working with schools to set up 'Mindful Moment' rooms, where students can learn mindfulness and self-compassion tools, and have space and time to reflect and regroup; and
Leading 1 hour to 2 hour workshops on what mindfulness is, its benefits, and tips on integrating mindfulness into the workplace. A 30 minute session of chair yoga can be added to the workshop session.
